OUR STAGES

STAGE 1

These stages focus on understanding the project, gathering information, and creating a preliminary design concept.

  • We will discuss the project's goals, constraints, and budget to define its overall vision with you.

  • We will assist in creating a briefing document outlining specific needs, functions, aesthetics, and technical considerations.

  • Sketches and concepts will be developed that reflect the brief, considering practicality, appearance, sustainability, and cost.

  • We provide a cost plan to help understand the project scope and make informed decisions.

  • We develop a programme outlining the design process stages and collaboration with other consultants.

STAGE 2

In this phase, we bring your project's vision to life through a refined design. The finalised set of documents will ensure accurate pricing and allow us to secure the right builder for the works.

  • We refine and detail initial ideas, adding texture and materials for realistic visuals.

  • With extensive experience in various project complexities, we provide expertise in preparing and submitting planning applications.

  • We address safety, maintenance, and thermal performance, integrating consultants' expertise into the design process.

  • We work closely with you to finalise the design, incorporating all necessary details for a comprehensive construction plan.

  • We assist in documentation preparation, contract advice, and contractor selection.

STAGE 3

During this phase, our primary focus shifts to the actual construction activities and contract management with the builder. Our role involves meticulous site monitoring, expert evaluation of the ongoing works, and ensuring alignment with the design programme.

  • We regularly attend site visits to discuss and address any design concerns or issues raised by you or the builder. This allows us to monitor the progress of works, ensure adherence to the building contract, and assess the quality of construction on-site.

  • Once the construction works have completed, we facilitate a formal handover process, including certification from the building contract.

  • Following the completion of the building works, we coordinate with you and the builder to address any minor defects in the most effective manner.
