OAKWOOD HOUSE

We transformed a 1930s house in North London into a contemporary residence that merges modern aesthetics with the area's unique character. Our focus was on maximising natural light, ensuring privacy, and creating a functional space that meets the homeowners' needs.

SPATIAL PLANNING:

Through careful organisation, we optimised every inch of the house for functionality and comfort. The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space that seamlessly extends to a landscaped garden. Upstairs, private bedrooms, bathrooms, and a versatile loft space offer flexibility. Ample storage maintains an organised environment.

MATERIAL SELECTION

We selected materials to enhance aesthetics, longevity, and sustainability. Brick, metal panels, and glass combine for a visually captivating exterior. Inside, natural materials like hardwood flooring and stone accents add warmth and character. Energy-efficient lighting and smart home technologies improve efficiency and convenience.

At Ground UP Architects, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional architectural solutions that transcend the ordinary. We push boundaries, explore innovative design approaches, and exceed client aspirations. We look forward to future projects that allow us to continue creating extraordinary spaces reflecting each homeowner's essence.
